RETURNS POLICY

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

As per the Directive 2011/83/EY of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, any costs of production or delivery fees will not be refunded or returned as our shoes are made-to-measure and personalised. A.K. LATEX will not be held responsible for damage caused by misuse or poor care of garments. We make sure that the shoes are in perfect condition before we send them.

CAN I REPLACE A MISSING OR BROKEN PART?

If your shoe has a missing or broken part, please contact us. You would have to send it back. There is no extra charge for repairing if you order within two months after receiving your item. Otherwise, you will have to pay for the shipping costs.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

Notify us of any incorrectly supplied orders within 24 hours of delivery. If the shoes are not what you ordered, DO NOT try on or use them. We will not exchange or refund for any used goods.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order, make sure the production process has not started yet. Otherwise, we won’t be able to accept any refund.
